Dr. Satheesh C T’s journey is defined by an extraordinary dedication to service and academic rigor. His professional ethos is rooted in his upbringing in the rural village of Pandamatti, Karnataka, where he began his education in a Kannada-medium school while supporting his family’s agricultural work. This foundational experience instilled a profound empathy that characterizes his patient-centric practice today.

Pioneering Specialization: His medical focus began with an MD Paediatrics, training him in highly sensitive, family-centered care. This led him to achieve the highly competitive All India Rank-1 in the RGUHS Entrance Test for his super-specialization, DM Medical Oncology from KMIO Bangalore.

Strategic Growth: Recognizing the imperative for effective institutional management, he further completed an MBA in Hospital Administration, equipping him with the strategic expertise necessary to direct large-scale clinical research operations and optimize healthcare delivery systems.
Pioneering Research and Innovation
Dr. Satheesh is the Director of Clinical Trials at the HCG Group of Hospitals, instrumental in accelerating access to breakthrough cancer treatments in India. He has been integral to the clinical management of over 500 eligible cancer patients through participation in over 90 clinical trials (Phase I, II, and III)​

DESTINY-Breast09: Investigating the use of the potent Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC) Trastuzumab Deruxtecan in the first-line setting for aggressive Breast Cancer.
Advocacy for Affordability: He has served as a key investigator in numerous bioequivalence studies for biosimilars (including Trastuzumab and Rituximab), actively validating high-quality, cost-effective biological alternatives to improve drug accessibility for Indian patients.
